LUBBOCK, TX:  The Texas Wesleyan University women’s track & field team took part in the second Texas Tech University Indoor of the season on Saturday.  The Lady Rams posted several strong times including three top-ten finishes in the distance events.
 
Jessica Davis continued to excel at the 3000m and 5000m distances.  Davis was the top non NCAA Division I finisher in both events, placing third at 18:57.03 in the 5K and sixth at 10:40.81 in the 3K.  Lauri Gutierrez finished ninth in the 1000m with a time of 3:17.88, while Ana Segovia's mile time of 5:27.65 was good for 11th.
 
The Lady Rams will return to action on Saturday at the Oklahoma Christian Indoor Invitational #2 in Norman, OK.
